I have made the print edition of “The Ghosts of the Forest” available in the United States from today, through the webshop on this website (click here to access). It will become available in the US Amazon store in a couple of weeks too, once Jeff Bezos’s minions have finished checking some documents.
It has been available as an ebook in the US since the original publication date, and remains so – but I have received repeated requests to make the print edition available too. The shipping cost across the Atlantic is quite high – £10.45, equating to $12.54 at today’s exchange rate – but it seems quite a few people are happy to pay this. The delivery time can take up to 6 weeks, but is usually less.
